Accessibility statement
We value accessibility as a part of our praxis, and want to be transparent about the limits of accessibility for this event. Though we have tried to consider the various accessibility needs of people with disabilities, there are some concessions we have had to make with the resources we have available to us.
To the best of our knowledge and efforts, we share the accessibility information below. If you have any additional questions, please contact Noor at noor@illuminate-and-liberate-counseling.com with the email subject line "accessibility question."
All attendees will be required to wear a KN95, N95, or better quality mask in all indoor gathering spaces during the workshop. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate unmasked people in the space at this time. Please see the Covid-19 Agreements for more information.
Both event spaces will have outdoor seating areas for attendees to take off their mask and eat. The outdoor spaces may not have shade and are not temperature controlled.
Both event spaces have air conditioning indoors.
There will be air purifiers in all indoor spaces, and the ability to open windows for fresh air as needed.
Fidget toys and coloring supplies will be available on all 4 days of the workshop
